Returns Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase we will issue a refund on receipt of the returned item if the following conditions are met (please note we do not refund postage):
You email us prior to returning the item stating your intention to do so and the reason for the return.
The item is returned to us within 14 days of receipt, unworn, in its original condition and in the original packaging where possible, (at certain times of the year eg. Christmas and Valentine's Day we may be able to extend the 14 day deadline, please contact us.)
The customer is liable for return postage costs. We recommend that the item is sent by Post Office 'Special Delivery' which requires a signature on receipt and includes insurance cover. theheartshapedbox.com cannot be held responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit.
Please ensure that the item is adequately protected ie. in a padded envelope with extra protection where necessary.
